Send us your CV, and be sure to mention your key OSS skills & competences as well as key interest areas

You’ll be invited to a short technical test


step 3

You receive a GO/NO GO, and we will provide feedback on the result

An intake discussion with one of our senior consultants and/or business manager


step 5

A proposal is drawn up, and your first potential project will be discussed

Onboarding includes a short video of yourself for your new colleagues, the assigning of a mentor (and much more practicalities to make you feel at home at Mind)

Interesting projects will be on your journey and we expect contributions from you to our internal and external OSS-community (e.g. documenting software solutions, training colleagues, speaking opportunities, etc.)
