Permanent Job – Leuven – Hybrid (in office & field sales)

We‘re looking for a junior professional with some experience in sales in tech to join Mind OSS – an Embedded Linux consultancy from Leuven.

• Profile: Junior sales (1-3 years in sales) with ideally expertise in interim staffing and professional staffing in ICT. You are driven by prospecting and bringing new customers onboard
• Languages: ideally you speak English, Dutch and French fluently. German will be a big plus
• Location: you live at commutable distance to our office in Heverlee
• Office/remote: Hybrid, 4 days/week working from HQ and/or visiting clients onsite, 1day/week can be remote
• Background: Preferably experience in the high-tech industry. General technical knowledge and being interested in hard- of software topics is nice to have.

What you will do:

• Identify, approach and bring in clients in smart home, telecom, aerospace and other high-tech domains, both locally and internationally
• Market research and analysis to observe industry trends, the competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth.
• Participate in local or international events

Who you are:

• 1-3 years of sales experience (prospecting, customer acquisition, etc.) in the ICT or software business (ideally in outsourcing, consulting or interim staffing business)
• Result-driven and passionate about bringing new clients. You will be the key contact for R&D directors, startup CEOs, managers and senior engineers!
• Clear communicator, not afraid of difficult negotiations, structured approach
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French. German is a plus
• You are a people’s person, able to develop good connections with the team and clients
• A sense of humor is important
