– How did you hear about Mind?

Javad: I came across the Mind job posting on a jobsite from an international ICT recruiter during my job search as an embedded software engineer. What captivated my attention was Mind’s commitment to open source technology which is integrated in the firm’s DNA. This not only resonated with my professional values but also sparked a genuine interest in becoming a part of the Mind team. So, I submitted my application and have gone thru the regular process of interviewing and a technical test.

Mind has seen a lot of interest and web traffic on their site thanks to my contributions. This was my introductory period and am now ready to start customer projects (having done already some intake interviews with Mind-customers and prospects)

– Can you share your initial impressions and experiences upon joining Mind?

Javad: I was excited to start working for Mind. It has been a long journey, waiting and overcoming various (administrative) challenges to finally start my job at the company. I have been waiting for a year for my work permit. However, upon meeting my colleagues at Mind, I realized that moving from Iran and joining Mind was the right choice. I am happy to be part of the team, where I am not only contributing but also gaining valuable knowledge from the experienced colleagues around me.
