For one of our clients in Brussels we are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rail developer with some frontend knowledge.
- Start date: ASAP
- Hybrid policy: onsite for the first weeks of onboarding. Afterwards most likely remote (to be discussed with the project manager). The office is in Brussels South.
- Languages: fluent English
- Project duration: long-term
Key skills
- Experienced Ruby on Rail developer
- Comfortable with database design (PostgreSQL)
- Front-end capable (good knowledge of HTML, Vue.js and React.js).
- Good communication skills, asking right questions skills
What you will do
You will be creating a backend (and frontend) for the production line. This includes: handling the serial numbers, the mac addresses of the PCB’s that are manufactured, providing an interface for the customer to see their devices. The backend will also include everything related to the manufacturing process: the “slideshow” for the factory workers, the stock of components, etc.
