Preliminary Release of the eCos Port to the Memec Virtex-II Pro FG456 board

See http://ecos.sourceware.org/ml/ecos-patches/2004-10/msg00055.html for the posting of 15 Oct 2004 where a patch is published for supporting eCos on the Memec Virtex-II Pro FG456 board (this is an older board that is not longer available from Memec). Mind will support the new ML403 board with the Virtex 4 FX.
